Rachel, soft and excruciating!

It was four long years since Rachel was last in the stocks; I recalled that she has extremely sensitive feet (most of the 'hard' tickle toys would make her cry out in pain). But feathers? Oh, feathers work WONDERFULLY! So this clip is dedicated to getting chortles, giggles and laughter out of a girl just by stroking her soles and in between her toes with soft evil feathers!
